• UK customers have 30 days to return their product from the date of recieving their order, providing:

  • The items are unworn ​and unwashed

  • The items are in the original packaging, with all tags attached 

• We are trying to save the world one piece of paper at a time, so to request a refund just fill out this online form

   

• You can exchange your item for up to 30 days providing your new item is the same price 

• International customers have 30 days to return their product from the date of recieving their order, providing: 

  • The items are unworn and unwashed ​

  • The items are in the original packaging, with all tags attached

Follow these steps to return your order 

1. Request a refund by filling out the form

2. Declare whether you want a full refund or exchange*

3. Return your item in the original packaging with all labels intact

When will I recieve my refund? 

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your parcel. Once we have recieved your parcel we will send a confirmation email.

Faulty Item? 

If you have recieved a faulty item please contact us at contact@zayremi.co.uk with your full name and order number, and we will provide you with a free returns label, and refund you fully.

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if you return items to us outside of the refund policy.

​*If you want to exchange your item, you have 30 days from the date you recieve your order. When filling out the refund form, please state the item you wish to exchange your current item for. The new item must be the same cost as the item you wish to exchange
